Custom Original Artwork
Tattoos rooted in illustration.
My background as an illustrator shapes every tattoo that I create. Rather than adapting existing artwork or copying other tattoo designs, I work with each client to create an original artwork that’s thoughtfully designed for their body and made to stand the test of time.
A brief overview of the process.
-
Tell me about the subject, desired placement on your body, and approximate size, and I’ll let you know whether I’m a good fit. Don’t worry if you’re unsure of some of those details— that’s what the consultation is for.
-
If your project seems like a good fit, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your tattoo in more detail. We'll talk through your ideas, placement, sizing, and any design considerations, and I'll answer any questions you have before moving forward.
At the end of the consultation, a deposit reserves your place in my schedule and begins the design process.
-
Before your tattoo appointment, we'll meet for a Concept Review where I'll present a rough sketch of the overall composition. This is an opportunity to make sure we're aligned on the direction before I complete the final drawing.
Minor adjustments are expected, and if larger changes are needed, we'll discuss the best path forward together.
-
On the day of your appointment, I'll have your finished design ready. We'll make any final sizing or placement adjustments, apply the stencil, and once everything looks right, we'll begin your tattoo.
If your tattoo requires multiple sessions, your deposit will go towards the total at the end of your last session.
